**comes with outfit and all accessories shown- the doll is in excellent condition-  does not have the original dot leggings and skirt to match the tshirt - the bowling bag is also worn as the handles have been broken and have been sewn back together (1 strap/handle is shorter than the other) - everything else in great condition!

In general:
It is the highest shipping rate within the order 1st - then an additional added per item.
For doll/bear clothing items: would be highest rate 1st and then $1 per additional item won and shipped/paid together.
For the stuffed animals - It is the highest shipping rate 1st and then approximately $2 per additional item won - however, it also does depend on the size and may differ some if they are larger items
For the larger items - depends on the item size and combined weight as the shipping companies sometimes charges more when the size of the box is over a certain threshold.
